I've changed my mind (get used to that, j/k) Since I got such a deal on the chicken I'm going to be doing Ritzy Chicken instead of meat balls

Don't be freaked out by the amount of fat and sodium. I couln't totally figure out the website. I couldn't find boxed chicken stock in the ingredient list and I get the kind that is low in sodium and that is fat free. I also don't add any extra salt or pepper because I don't like extra salt, so you will have to season as you like.

I did add the recipe to the recipe book, so if you want more info you can go there.

Nanci and Carrie did you input the recipe on Food or Sparks? I know that on Sparks you can add a "food" or ingredient. I had to add 96/4 Lean Ground Beef. If you use that site, it was easy to do. I would like to know what site everyone is using so if you're using Food.com I can add you to my community so we can share recipes!

I used Sparks because I thought that is what we decided to use. I am willing to use either site, but I think we should decide as a group what to use so we can easily share recipes. What do you think?

I think we actually talked about using whichever site worked best for us individually, but attaching where the recipe could be found so if there were additional questions we could reference them on the specific site. For example, I used both sites for my recipe, but decided that I liked Food.com better and that's why I attached the web address for the recipe underneath my nutritional information. I personally don't care where it's at as long as I can access the recipe and view the nutritional info. I felt like Food.com was a little more user friendly after some concern was voiced about Sparks. Sparks, however has our shared cookbook, which is nice to have, but not necessary if we have access to the recipe on Food.com. I still agree that we should use what's easiest for us individually and just make the recipe available for our group.

Sounds good! Thanks for the clarification. There was a lot of info shared that night. I'm sure I missed other important info. I'll get the hang of it eventually.

Lasagna
Nutritional info
301 calories, 12.1 g. fat 4.6 g. fiber or if you do WW it is 6 points (but I added the lean ground turkey so I think that may up the points by one I used a very small amount so I think you will be okay)

Brandie I tried finding you on Food, but it wouldn't bring you up....maybe, you're too new!! Try searching for me: bskinner. My recipes are private as well, but I think we can share them with one another.

Brooke,
I think you have to post a public recipe or do a review of a recipe before you can find each other on that site. So not sure how that all works. We will have to get together and figure it out so we can explain it to everyone!

I put this in sparks. It seems low, but you also will have to add rice to it for an accurate calorie count.
